On-line Community Bridge

SHBC invites all new players and those more experienced players to participate in our online hour of fun at 7.30 pm on a Thursday night. Registration is via this link.

Once registered, players will be paired up by your host via zoom and invited to play competitively 12 preset hands using a Shark bridge Platform. Generally the hands will be similar to those used during that Monday Morning Supervised session to reinforce the learning experience.

At the end of the session you will receive your score/ranking & results and either an opportunity to replay the boards or a short video on playing techniques of two or three of the more challenging hands.

This inexpensive session is also designed to enable new and up and coming players meet and interact with the more senior players in the club.

Monday Morning Bridge

On most Monday mornings at 9:30 we run supervised bridge sessions. The bridge is friendly and easy paced. There are always two or three experienced players on hand to help you out when you get stuck.

Frequently, the session starts with a lesson to help you develop your skills.

On the last Monday morning of every month, we run a more formal session. It is still friendly and easy paced but we use Bridgemates for scoring and award masterpoints. Everyone welcome.
